Control Cabin to Fertilizer Load Out in Elstow, Saskatchewan

Double T Equipment has completed another successful upgrade to Western Co-Operative Fertilizers Transshipping Facility in Elstow, Saskatchewan. This latest upgrade involved the supply and installation of a new Control Cabin. This Control Cabin replaced the original one installed by Double T Equipment in the mid-80 s. The new cabin was redesigned by Double T Equipment to be more efficient and comfortable for the facility operators.

Double T Equipment has been involved with this facility since it was first built. The facility started as a 30,000 tonne facility in 1986 and was twinned in the early 1990 s. The throughput of the plant has been extremely high and has at times averaged loading of B-Trains every 90 seconds. Double T Equipment designed, manufactured and installed all the material handling equipment at this facility.
