Just a quick note to thank you for all the help during our start up at the new farm. Undoubtedly you can appreciate the work and effort involved in starting up a new facility and the problems associated with running and operating new equipment.

The field support that your company provided to us was second to none. Your representative was on site during our start up trials and continued to provide on site support to both our equipment operators and maintenance personal for many weeks after the start up.

All of our concerns related to your equipment have been addressed and we are very pleased with the results. It's nice to see equipment do what it was designed to do!
