Dear Thomas,

How time flies. It's been ten months since we first started using our Double T Pre-Wet machines. Recently we undertook a capital expenditure analysis on our investment and I thought that you would appreciate seeing the results.

One of the most important factors, we determined, is that we have been able to increase our compost output by more than 10% while still using the same concrete square footage... prior to the Pre-Wets we barely had enough area to produce the old volume requirements. We have also determined that there has been at least a 5% savings in material costs that can be directly attributed to the Double T. Of course, some of the more obvious savings have been in the elimination of two loaders and the reduction in pre-wet operating time (labour).

We have been more than satisfied with the new 'Spinner Distribution System' on the conveyor discharge end. The uniformity that this device creates is, in my opinion, not matched by any other system now available in the industry. Also, the ricker, in conjunction with the spinners, produces a very even rick which not only maximizes our production square footage but also the biological efficiency of the pile.

We are more than pleased with the results of our investment and are very much looking forward to your next innovation.
